Write a reviewThis is a great story that explores the theme of love and obsession like no other, but from the beginning as it cooks slowly perhaps for the author's plan to develop his characters all round
the poetic writing technique is awesome and the character development too. It is as if the author was following every step the mc[img=exp] walked.
The synopsis is alluring and the authors description is top notch. The first three chapters piqued my curiosity.
The author's vivid descriptions and evocative language make this story a must-read, capturing the essence of a love so deep it can't escape a tragic fate.

[img=fp]The book is a captivating and emotional story that explores the theme of love and obsession in a realistic and poetic way. The author uses vivid descriptions and evocative language to create a rich and immersive setting that is inspired by his native country, Kenya. The characters are well-developed and complex, especially the protagonist Chris, who is torn between his love for Laura and his obsession with Amelia. The plot is full of twists and turns, leading to a tragic and shocking climax that reveals the destructive power of lies. The book also has some elements of magical realism, such as the curse of the black pearl and the Mayan priest, which add a fantastical dimension to the story. I enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it to anyone who likes romance, mystery, and drama. The book has a unique style and voice that makes it stand out from other books in the same genre. The book also raises some interesting questions about the nature of love, obsession, and truth.
