Chapter 53: Curing Lilia.

Aah! Aah! Aah!...

Echoes of loud moans continued throughout the Grayrat household for the entire night.

"They don't have any shame, do they?"

Gazing at Zenith, whose face was flushed from the excitement of those sensual noises, Paul exclaimed in outrage.

"Shut up and sleep!" In an attempt to cover up her flushed face, Zenith harrumphed and turned to the other side.

She had never heard anyone, not even herself, moan so intensely.

'Just how can a man make someone moan like this?' Just hearing the moans made her pussy throb, so she asked herself some serious questions.

Paul, on the other hand, could only sigh in frustration and close his ears so as not to hear those moans. His dick was protesting in indignation right now, but he couldn't do anything.

As they attempted to sleep, there was another person who heard the moans of the two women getting banged by Arther.

It was none other than Lilia!

She looked up at the ceiling, dazed, and felt a burning sensation throughout her body.

Just like that, a sleepless night went by in the Grayrat family.

-----

The next day.

Lilia was seen lying on the bed, and Arther could be seen putting his hands on her abdomen while injecting her with his silver Mana.

M-Mnngh!

She let out a groan, sensing the poison inside her body stirring due to the Mana that Arther forced into her.

There was quite a story about her getting poisoned in her previous job.

Lilia was an imperial guard before and was poisoned while protecting the royal princess Ariel Anemoi Asura from assassination.

The poison was lethal, but Lilia was saved by the royal family's healers, who were able to neutralise it. However, there were negative effects that prevented Lilia from using her Mana Pool and somewhat impaired her physical abilities.

She consequently lost her position as an imperial guard. After that, she wandered around the Fittoa area until she ran into Paul, a former sword school classmate, who extended an invitation for her to work as his family maid, which she accepted.

Coming back to the scene.

It seemed as though the poison and Arther's potent Mana were engaged in a violent struggle for primacy, with the poison inevitably losing.

While this was good news, the fight between Arther's Mana and the poison was having an extremely painful impact on the battlefield, i.e., on Lilia's body, causing her to cry out.

Arrgh! Hnn!

Everyone who was watching tensed up at the sight of her, and Arther halted his intrusion and thought quietly for a while.

"It is indeed a troublesome poison. I can see why most of the doctors and healers failed to cure it." He spoke.

"So even you can't cure it, Arther?" Ghislaine frowned as she asked.

All these years, she had seen Arther only ever take up tasks that he was absolutely sure of, and it was him who asked Lilia to let him see her body. So, she assumed that he would undoubtedly heal her.

It seemed curing her was not possible, even for Arther.

"Who said I couldn't cure it?"

Arther interrupted Ghislaine's thoughts in the middle and continued while looking into Lilia's eyes, "Can you trust me?"

"Y-Yes. I believe that you will not harm me at least." Lilia replied with surety in her voice.

"Good to hear that. You can rest assured that my method will definitely not harm you, even though it is a new method." Arther replied.

Hmmm.

Deeply contemplating, Lilia simply nodded.

As this was going on, everybody was staring at Arther, wondering how he was going to get the poison out of her body.

To their dismay…

SNAP!

Suddenly, Arther snapped his finger, and the Mana surrounding him condensed and solidified into incredibly thin, twenty-inch-long silver needles.

He summoned about 108 needles, which made Lilia's eyes and the eyes of everyone else watching widen.

"D-Don't t-tell me, y-your treatment method uses these." Lilia asked with apparent fear in her voice.

"Just believe me, you will not feel any pain." Arther assured her.

For an instant, Lilia second-guessed her choice, but she chose to move on regardless.

'Since I have decided to trust him, I won't back down.' Lilia resolved in her mind before nodding.

Upon receiving her nod, Arther sharpened his needles and concentrated even more on his Mana, thinning it until it reached the same thickness as human hair.

"The method I am going to use is [Mana Acupuncture], an ancient treatment technique that I found during my young days as an Adventurer.

It will suck out the poison from your body without harming it in any way. All you have to do is stay motionless while the needles are inserted into your body."

Arther spoke as he put his hands on Lilia's clothes, making them disappear, and used his Mana to cover her body to conceal her nude figure from onlookers.

Lilia was slightly flustered, seeing herself completely naked in front of Arther, but calmed down, realising Arther was doing this to treat her.

Fuuuuu~

"Alright, calm yourself down and just look into my eyes the entire time. I will begin the treatment."

Lilia was given instructions by Arther, who then caused the needles to float at 108 different nodes of her body, including her vagina and tits.

All the needles entered her body at once, in a swift motion. This made Lilia feel a bit tingly around her body, but there was no pain whatsoever.

The poison inside her body couldn't understand what was happening, and before it could fight back,

Puuu! Puuchhh!

Shriii-!...

The needles that went through her body absorbed all of the poison without releasing any of it.

Arther designed the needles so that the poison removed from her body would be stored in the back and would not leak, soiling her body.

SNAP!

All of this occurred in a matter of seconds before Lilia's Mana needles shot out of her body and congealed into a silver ball that held a black substance within.

Lilia felt her Mana Pool again and looked at Arther, her eyes wide as she realised she was no longer poisoned.

Furthermore, the pain in her back seemed to have vanished, almost as if it were never there.

"You should be cured now."

She was taken back to reality by Arther's voice, who then pointed out his finger to the ball of Mana floating in front of her and said, "That's the poison inside your body; what do you want me to do with it?"

"Just destroy it." Lilia firmly said.

"Alight." Arther replied as the ball of silver Mana was set ablaze.

Shuuaaa!

The silver ball of Mana burned itself and the poison inside it completely before vanishing out of sight.

Phew-!

"It's done." Arther said as he put his palm on Lilia's chest and summoned her clothes back.

"T-Thank you. I am grateful for what you did to me." Lilia expressed her gratitude.

To this, Arther softly replied, "You should rest for the day."

With this, Arther and the others left the room and let Lilia rest for the day.

-----

"Ah! Arther-kun, I am really grateful to you for healing Lilia."

As they finished their sword training, Paul thanked Arther.

"Nah! It's not a big deal. I just wanted to test the technique that I learned, so I asked anyway." Arther played it off.

"Still, because of you, Lilia can now pursue her dream of creating advanced artefacts." Stated Paul.

"Artefacts?"

"Yes, it's Lilia's hobby to craft swords, but she couldn't make advanced swords due to her condition, but now maybe she can." Paul explained.

"I see. That's good. Maybe she can make some good swords." With hope, Arther answered.

"I know she will. On that note, I heard you have some great materials for crafting weapons that you collected from the dungeons.

I was hoping you could leave some crude ones for Lilia. Actually, she asked me about this when she heard you were coming to meet us." Paul asked embarrassedly.

"Oh! Don't sweat it, uncle. You have asked me, and that's enough. I don't use artefacts anyway." Arther said that and opened a space pocket using Dimensional Magic.

He took out some good crafting materials from it and handed them over to Paul, who seemed to be in total shock seeing the amount of materials he just received.

'T-This much, isn't it a little too much?' Paul thought but didn't speak it out loud, fearing Arther would get offended.

"That much should do it? Or would you like more, uncle?" Arther asked.

"N-No more. This much is fine." Paul replied.

Just like that, days passed in the Grayrat household, and it was time for Shura's Blade to leave.

"Arther-kun, I hope you come back to our house again." Zenith said.

"I will come if I get time, aunt." Arther replied.

Arther looked at the baby Rudeus in Lilia's hands, who was looking back at him intently, and smiled. "Lil' one, I hope you grow up soon."

He then proceeded to hug Paul, then Zenith, and finally Lilia, expressing his final goodbyes to them.

Lilia and Zenith gave him conflicted looks in return, thinking deeply about something.

"Okay, let's get together again at a later time." Arther waved his hands at them and sat down in the carriage.

'This should be enough to stop him from meeting Roxy.' He thought while continuing to wave his hands.

The carriage pulled farther out of Rudeus's line of sight, and he felt as though something important had been stolen from him.

'Arther, I want to become strong like you. No, even stronger than you.' Rudeus made up his mind.

It seemed the next time they were going to meet was going to be a lot more interesting.

Arther, in the meantime, was thinking about something that had happened to him the night before.

'That was really close.'
