Chapter 12: twelfth chapter: world travelling rules
I asked Morgan in confusion
"so, Morgan you said that I can travel to a third world and I am really confused about the world travel things"
Morgan answered patiently
"listen carefully I will tell you the rules of world travelling
first, you get a chance to travel to a different world every year and now you have six
second, you can use this chance to let one individual travel to the other worlds which meaning you or any other person if you want to travel with someone you need a chance for them to travel the items and the pets considered the traveller belonging and don't need a chance and so if you want your clone jack to travel with you .
you will need two chances one for you and the other for your clone.
third, you already put one piece world as your travelling world so you need to conquer one world and became the strongest person in it to be able to travel to third world .
fourth, if you try to travel to a third world forcelly you will have to use five chance for the first travel and it will multiple by five time every time you travel forcelly and the worlds you travel to forcelly will change it mean that it all depends on luck.
fifth,as you notice the subspace of every world is different which means the mirror space in the ninja world is different than that in one piece world and the other spaces is the same.
sixth,when you leave a world the time in this world stop until you return but if one of your clone in this world the time will pass as normal but it will pass in different ratio depends on the world you travelling to."
I took a sigh and said to Morgan
" that's mean I must find a way to be deal with the mess in one piece world or I will have to pay dearly if I want to travel forcelly "
