Most duelers would consider it cheap, when your partner was recovering. But he could more than handle it, and in a real fight, there was no such thing as a cheap or dirty trick. It was just survival. And Force knows where she'd be if they hadn't learned to survive.
They sparred for survival minutes, trading offense for defense, exchanging kicks and swings, jabs and whacks with their lightsabers. It was good, rigorous practice even though they encountered little to no other potential duelist on missions.
Sara realised that halfway through that this was the first time in a while that Sara seen him without a mask, and in a way, it was a relief without it. When the mask was on, it was business as usual, and she couldn't tell what he was thinking without reading his mind. But with it off, Sara could make a pretty good guess at what he was feeling.
