Chapter 33: Creating a Ruckus in Front of the Hall

The first time he summoned Anya was when he hadn't upgraded into Gold Rank Beast Master, and by the time he became Gold Rank Beast Master and used the summon, he summoned Dante, who had better stats compared to Anya.

The same also happened when the system used his 2 summon pools, he summoned Lyra Ashenwave, who had reached Dominator Rank. 

Of course, the fact that 2 summon pools were used had helped with summoning Lyra, but the system said the stronger he was, the higher the chance he would summon a stronger summoned character.
