Chapter 129: Heads

Lod was also winning on his side, just not quite as drastically as Willow. The young man had a range advantage over the cultist- he had a sword while the cultist just had a long dagger. 

"Lod, want help?"

Lod didn't take his eyes off his enemy, but he was shocked to hear Willow's voice. Shouldn't she be the one struggling to win her side of the fight? Why was she already offering him help?

"Let's take this guy down and head back right away. I have a bad feeling about this, the other groups might be in danger as well."

"Alright!"

Willow jumped forward once more, turning the fight into a 2 vs one. The cultist who'd barely been hanging on during the previous fight now completely failed to hold his ground.

The cloaked man tried to turn away to run, but Lod's sword quickly cut through his back, sending him collapsing to the ground. 

The cultist didn't die immediately though, so Lod took the chance to ask him a few questions.
