All the slaves on these ships were freed from the slave camps around the Ancorna Empire and were being taken somewhere by the captain of these ships but no one knew where, no one knew why this man is helping them, some had there doubts but everyone was really relived that they didn't had to work for some owner who would whip them.

Few days ago, the pirates had brought the slaves to these ships. They tried to attack another ship that was sailing nearby, but a skilled swordswoman defeated them all. Despite her victory, she couldn't take in the slaves, and so they continued to drift aimlessly. It was during this time that they encountered the captain of these ships - a man named Freeman - who was determined to help the slaves and set them free from their shackles.
