After their group left the stage and Gerard entered, she appeared so affected by the performance that she had to take a deep breath as well. 

"Hah, that was such a spectacular performance!" Gerard praised with utmost sincerity, "Surely, everyone is also having the same opinion as me, right?" She giggled, and then even if she also wanted to add more, the prompter already showed her next lines.

While she was asking what the judges thought of that performance, the video of the performance also began to circulate on the internet, and it was already trending, which was already expected. 

Somewhere in the backstage, someone bit her lips and clenched her hand as she clicked her tongue afterward. She stared at the screen for a bit before she turned around and walked away, mumbling incomprehensible words as she did so. 

Soon, a small shadow began to materialize behind her, invisible to humans' perceptions.
