Chapter 33: Chapter 33
The alarm beeped incessantly waking June up from her sleep. She tried to move her body, but her movement was restricted by a strong arm that had sheathed her from behind.
June looked at Subh's sleeping face and smiled.
He was practically a strange to her, whom sh had met only a few hours before, but at that moment he felt to be the closest she had in her life.
"Hey there... Don't stare at me like that."
Subh spoke in a sleepy throaty voice, opening his eyes a little.
He moved a little away giving her the space to switch off the alarm.
"So... What's the plan?" She asked him lazily.
"I could cuddle you for some more time if you aren't planning on throwing me out of your house." Subh smirked.
June looked at him lovingly and ruffled his hair a bit. Taking a deep breath, she snuggled inside his arms once again.
"Are you hungry?" He asked her.
"Yes! Shall I order something?"
"Do you have eggs?" He asked instead.
"Yes!"
"Perfect... Let me make us something nice." He let out a sigh and flexed his muscles.
June lay quietly, lost in thoughts.
"So... What you said earlier, last night about adding a few chapters..." She hesitated.
"So, I was thinking if you are free today."
Subh turned his face to look straight into her eyes.
"Tell me... What do you wanna do?"
"I don't know. Go out somewhere may be... There are some fun places in this city... And, I haven't seen any."
"Neither have I." Subh added.
"So, let's do it."
He jumped up from the bed and pulled his jeans that was heaped below.
June sat up and pulled the sheet to cover her bosom.
"I have a to drop a mail, a leave application actually." She laughed on her own. "And then let's decide on the itinerary."
"And meanwhile let me fix us a breakfast." He added.
"Perfect!"
June hugged the soft pillow and stared at the direction of him leaving the room.
"This is too good to be true." June told herself, pulling out the laptop that was kept on the bedside table.
