I decided to take a slow journey because of the companions I didn't want but somehow now have. If not for them, I would have had Iapetus fly to our destination.

The vampire whose name is, Periphanes Helvet de Neferata Marie Claude, I personally liked Marie Claude, it didn't twist my tongue and wasn't stressful to pronounce like the others.

She was mounted on a horselike mount called Cenrak steed, it looked like a horse but had pure white fur just like Iapetus, it also had some sturdy muscles with horn-like protrusions along its leg and back area and on its head, a curved horn like that of a bull. The horse was sturdy and was catching up to Iapetus with little effort while Whitey followed behind, running on fours and sometimes just twos. I had thought he would want to stay in the village and watch over the souls of his falling comrades but this bastard was at the door waiting for me, for some reason he and Iapetus seemed to get along quite well.
