Chapter 12: Not Your Mate

"Independent Manifestation is a skill that allows Goshujin sama to defy the natural laws of a certain dimension. It is more of an auto skill but if Goshujin masters it, you would even be able to defy the laws of gravity and time and calm storms or create a kind of weather condition that has never been seen."

"Amazing... Can I master it now?"

"That is very much impossible. Goshujin let's start with the little ones and grow."

"Ah okay. So now I don't need a core or energy, I have ether energy, what's ether energy in between."

"The purest form of energy manifestation I have ever come across, next to it is Mana."

"I see... so like this, my body is currently generating ether energy, so how do I use it?"

I was getting impatient, when we started, I thought all. we were going to do was shooting fireballs and doing some shit, then she started talking about defying principles of dimensions. Plus during the one week of intense training, I went through I felt the abnormality of it. I knew somewhere that this wasn't a human body. Back on earth when I started working out around sixteen, I started with five pushups, after one month I was comfortably doing twenty. But in this body, hmm... one pushup was very hard, it felt like the entire world was placed after my back and then after that single one, I did one thousand the next day. I ran four hundred meters and wanted to die, but the next day I was already running five kilometres with steady perspiration, to be exact the training was enjoyable. The feel of my speed increasing, my strength increasing, thanks to the kind of body I got into I'm so nimble, I totally couldn't miss the excitement of trying out all my martial arts techniques and in that one week, I had familiarised this body with all the taekwondo skills I learnt, I enjoyed it and wanted to do more but Anastasia is trying to take my attention off physical fighting for some reason.

"Goshujin, You must not just decide to use your ether anyhow. Because you have a constantly increasing ether, you could cast spell thinking all will happen is just a small fire, however, you can mistakenly summon fire that will destroy the entire duchy."

"Ehh Ana, are you serious?"

"I told you I am very powerful," She said, raising her chin, at this point, I was already agreeing with her.

"I really should be careful then"

"There only skills you'll be learning are the skills I should be using, you are not allowed to learn anything from the world. Except you reach the level where you can create skills yourself"

"Why am I not allowed to learn the skills of this world?"

"Because you'll become too powerful, I can't allow that... I'm programmed to self-destruct should my power itself shift from the point of equilibrium, no matter how little."

"So, does that mean....?"

She nodded with a wicked grin, "We will die together should Goshujin go around learning different skills."

"What about martial arts?"

"Even that is not allowed."

"Even the ones I know?"

"They are already a part of you before you become my ringbearer. In this world, it's not a shift in equilibrium but if we were to go back to your dimension with you at your peak, the little knowledge you have about that martial art will cause an equilibrium shift."

"So this equilibrium shift thing is proportional to the dimension you are currently."

"Goshujin sama is smart." Her praises were suddenly beginning to matter all of a sudden.

"So what is the first skill of yours you think I should learn?"

"Clairvoyance, the lowest of my skills but before that, you have to learn how to control your energy."

Hence for another week, reducing my physical workout time to four hours, I invested my time in Ana's teachings on how to control my ether simultaneously learning the Clairvoyance ability which made me able to see far. By the end of that one week, I could see 100km ahead...

And now after so much hard work, this son of a mother fuxking bitxh, don't mind my language I've been rotten from the days of earth. Does he think I'm a thirteen-year-old he can intimidate or bully? this dickhead!

It was sudden,

The sudden release pushed back the wind and the wind being pushed back took Knight Denethor with it, he fell flat on his ass, watching me with trembling eyes as I emitted golden sparkling specks of dust around me.

This is ether.

I could tell by the despairing faces of even the knights at the taught of how impossible it is for a thirteen-year-old to be emitting such energy that this was the real thing.

"Would you look at this guy?" Ana said.

I looked over to the sword Knight Denethor had dropped, the sword wouldn't stop vibrating.

"This bastard is shivering." Ana said, she turned to me, "Pick him up and unsheathe him."

I stopped the outflow of ether and the wind that was initially pushed away slowly came back. I could also see a relief expression on their faces as I moved to pick up the sword.

Maybe I missed the point the sword is, no, that's not possible because my eyes were fixed on what I was going to pick, this sword just tried to run away from me. I tried to grab it and it tried wriggling away, I grabbed it before it could and stood back to my feet.

"Unsheath it." She said again.

I grabbed the hilt and was about to pull it out, but just when it was about to draw out I felt a force pull it back in like the sword was trying to keep itself sheathed.

"...my my, you scared me for a second there. Now I remember, the Duke did mention that you have great potential, but seeing as you can't unsheath the vassal weapon it must mean your core is not fully ripened."

'Looks like this guy needs a beating...' I looked at him with an indifferent expression. Anastasia's persistency on the sword deliberately putting on act was getting me curious as to what exactly is going on, so this guy was not the bother right now. Not until those pack of bollocks decided to piss me off.
