Chapter 123: A Battle To Come

I was not surprised, I expected this much from the new air around him.

 "But this is sad, I'm not sure I am capable of giving you the support I need. Since I'm not Gilland anymore, I've been kicked out of my fa–... I was never Gilland, to begin with."

 "Yet you have more influence than Gilland himself, I feel disgusted by myself, that the first thing I am asking you to do after really knowing you are asking you to use the power and fame you've spent years accumulating is to use it for me." He said, bowing his head while he tightened his fist. 

 "Things are not like they used to be before, I don't have the power you need. Aslintis has fallen, the border has been breached..." 

 "Wait?! The border has been breached? What do you mean by that?!!" 

 'Crap, that slipped...' "Perhaps this is a time not to focus on that part, there is no certain threat for now but one thing that is sure is we would have to confront that part soon enough."
