Chapter 69: Chapter 68: A Bittersweet Moment

Killian grinned and punched Daniel's shoulder lightly. "Then you must do what you think you should do."

"Huh? But she is still too young."

"Not that!" Killian laughed and shook his head. 

"What do you think I meant by that?" Daniel squinted his eyes. 

"What do you think I was thinking?" Killian asked back. He enjoyed teasing Daniel with Latisha as he knew Latisha was Daniel's weak point, like Jasmine for him. 

"Cut it out. I'm not in the mood for wordplay." Daniel leaned his back on the couch. He shut his eyes for a few seconds as his dream would come true soon. After the next battle, Daniel would be the new Alpha there. It meant he was closer to providing Latisha with a new home. 

"Hey, sorry, but Latisha misses you a lot. She often asks Jasmine as she hoped Jasmine knew something from me."

"She did?"

"Uh-huh. Meet Latisha soon. She will be happy to see you."
