Chapter 50: Small world

Lisandro brought me into the popular salon in the country. I didn't know why would he do that if I was just be there as his accompany.

However, he told me earlier that it would be a double date. I asked him countless times what things I must do in front of his colleague, but he didn't say a thing.

It made me anxious but what else could an unfortunate woman like me capable of? I had nothing to brag. I had nothing to be proud of.

So what would be the point of arguing with a man who had everything he wanted. A creature who seemed very successful in a young age.

Well, he was a werewolf but in my eyes, Lisandro looked like a human being– a rich and fortunate man amongst the rest.

And for about an hour, my hair and make up was done. I could feel like my head turned into a bird's feather. It felt so soft and light that I could even shake my head with ease.
