Chapter 123: Who Is Lying?

Emilio gazed up until King Leandro and Draco disappeared from the sky. 

He hoped it was not yet too late and King Leandro would be able to order the High Priest to not be involved with the current situation so that it won't get any worse.

If the High Priest was involved, King Leandro's kingship would be in jeopardy. If his decision, the royal priests, and the royal ministers were united, King Leandro couldn't oppose it. And if he tried to, he would be accused as a rebel himself. 

Emilio was still standing at the Castle Patio where King Leandro stood before he met him to share the evil scheme of the royal ministers. 

Finally the person that she was looking for spoke from behind him "I'm here, my lord," Lady Clara said as she bowed down. She looked calm and collected, ready for what Emilio would ask of her.
