Ren, an avid fan of basketball, was watching the game between the Heat and the Nuggets.
He was amazed on how each players on the court made the game looks so effortless, especially Nikola Jokic (The Joker).
Heat: 89, Nuggets: 94
Ren thought "Jokic is by far the best player this season. Those judges were out of their mind not picking him as the MVP."
Ren's favourite player has always been Jokic since he came into the league. His basketball I.Q, his nonchalance attitude towards the game, coupled with his dominating performances has always fascinated him.
As he watched the Joker delivering his Finals MVP Speech, he began to think "How'd I wished to have the opportunity to become a great player like Jokic."
*Sigh* He knew the reality of his situation, Sure, he was a great player in high school, and he would also dominate games in the REC Leagues that he joined. But that was all there is to it.
He said to himself "NBA players are just on another level." "Well… Enough of that. I gotta go to sleep."
Ren turned off his phone, closed the bedroom lights, and prepared to sleep. As he was closing his eyes, He declared "I gotta get a Triple Double on Saturday REC League."
Then he fell asleep.
