/ Video Games / Skyrim: A Reincarnator's Journey
Synopsis
Reincarnation.
One would think that such a process would start with a god or perhaps some mystical creature granting some poor lesser soul a second lease at life while arming them with a grand task that would decide the fate of whatever world they ended up in.
That wasn’t the case for him.
Armed with fragmented memories, the clothes on his back, and a single spell, Athias awakens in the beautifully bloody land of Skyrim. His first opponent? Hypothermia.
He had no clue why blanks riddled his memories but he knew one thing. He didn’t ask to be reincarnated in a fantasy world rife with danger to find some quiet corner to waste away doing farm work.
Draugr, Dwemer, dragons. The Aedra and Daedra. He planned on seeing everything Tamriel had to offer or, at least die trying. Luckily, he has odd game like windows to assist in his growth.
Fingers crossed he wasn’t just some pawn in a god’s plan.

Write a reviewIt's a well written story so far. The grammar is good, and I haven't noticed any spelling errors. Character development is currently on going, both the MC and potential FL are likable and three-dimensional. There is no cardboard cutout FL as most stories have. There is believable humor, conflict, and interaction between the MC and FL. There's only 3 chapters thus far, I've nothing else to comment. Added to library.

5 stars because I can. :-P A very good story, it has its problems but there is always something to improve, it's always worth listening to the opinions and ideas of others, but don't let them destroy what you want to create.

This is very well written and I can't wait to see what happens next and how the known Canon changes and affects this story. And I really appreciate the inclusion of mods to further spice up the future direction of the novel. The writer also seems to know his stuff about the universe, which is a plus.
this story is so hard to read, especially MC decision on his companions like the other guy mentioned. and the system, OG Skyrim system actually much better then this. this system seems pretty good on early chapter like giving him tons of special perk, but actually did nothing ex: [+10% fire spell atk, +10% ice spell dmg received] like why bother... and the leveling on System are practically useless, not even increasing HP/SP/MP. and with very limited perk point(maybe 1 per 5lvls), MC could only choosing a disappointing special perk options... and one more thing, his newest companion was really useless, and Lydia was so perfect compared to her

I was absolutely loving this story, minus the protagonist a bit with him being fairly generic. However, he decided to use one of his limited perk points on a party member he has known for at most a few weeks and does not know well. Imagine having a limited amount of perk points over the course of your life and wasting one on a random companion you haven’t known long enough to trust. What if she leaves your party? It wasn’t like you were in any immediate danger. Anyway, the sheer stupidity of this is enough that I can’t foresee myself reading further. And even if it somehow turns out that perk points are not limited, the MC had no way of knowing this when he made the decision to use one on her. Utterly moronic.
