Behind the curtains, Clive growled loudly. His face turned bright red in shame. "The fuck... how was I so flustered. That ribbon was nothing, yet..."

Just few minutes ago Reya had asked him to help to loosen her corset which he had bravely agreed. But when it came to the act... he messed up big time.

She turned over, showing him her delicate back. Her dress was quiet low on her back, exposing a large expanse of her. Just the sight made his heart pound loudly. With a trembling hand he got to work.

But lo-and-behold he messed it all up. Instead of loosening the ribbons, he ended up tearing one with his brute force.

Even since then, he was hiding behind the curtain in shame.

"I can't fail next time.. Maybe there is a way to fix her dress," he pulled the cord that was holding the curtain back and started practicing different knots. "With her torn ribbon this might work,"
