Moving from California to Maryland after her parent's divorce, Maggie Khatri is left to live with her mom where she knows nobody. With very strict rules, she feels like she has no escape until she meets two other students who go to her school who help her rebel. She goes through a lot of up and downs, but in it, she's never felt freer.
