“We have a rogue agent among us. We have been hacked.”

Killian took his phone out and called Linus, putting the phone on speaker. He answered on the second ring. “Killian, how far are you?”

“Vance needs your help. The CIA was hacked. All the evidence is gone.”

He gasped. “What? Hold up, let me get my laptop.”

Ace and Zelda's wide questioning eyes did not deter me from turning to Vance and asking, “I thought you had changed the security system?”

“They did but I was still able to pass through the other day. Hold up and let me check.”

We stood outside the office waiting for a response from Linus and then his voice came through two minutes later. “The hacker is within the building. I have blocked him for now and retrieved everything. Meaning he or she is already spooked.”

“Sh*t,” Ace cursed, running a hand through his hair.
