He never engaged with the plot of the world around him.
He is, without any question, A Side character.
Until I took over, that is.

This story is a Slow Burn, Motohama is a Side Character, he's not like Issei where he's going to suddenly defeat all the bad guys and get all the girls, this isn't that kind of story.
If you are looking for a Power Fantasy, you have come to the wrong place.

make him to get Sacred Gear. my suggest is [Mastema], Teigu in Akame Ga Kill!. having some power is still acceptable if MC will involve in canon's conflict. Also, normal sacred gear is still common in series's character. my suggest harem is Asia, Irina, Xenovia. And they'll still human, or maybe all of them become angel later. [Asia and Xenovia join in Heaven faction like Irina]

The story has been very good so far I hope the author maintains this same style and please don't ruin the story with a poorly developed harem where the protagonist has a new girlfriend every 8 chapters
