Milis Continent
Near the sacred city of Milis, in a tavern, several large men could be seen unconscious on the floor.
In the midst of the men, a tall man with golden hair and golden eyes looked at them with disdain.
"Tsk, trash. You dare to have a drinking competition and can't even handle six barrels," Kaylon said with a mocking smile.
"Uhh, bastard!"
"You're not human!"
"Your damn stomach is a bottomless barrel!?"
"Tsk, bastard, you only won because I had a stomach ache."
Upon hearing Kaylon's words of contempt, all the guys on the floor cursed. If it weren't for the fact that they couldn't get up, they would stand up and beat him.
"Hmph, a bunch of trash. Bartender, as agreed in the bet, the loser pays, so put my drinks on their tab," Kaylon stood up heroically and walked towards the exit.
The bartender nodded, helplessly watching the huge mess in the bar.
Leaving the tavern, Kaylon walked through the village near the Sacred Kingdom of Milis.
Three months had passed since Ariel Asura's proposal, and Riveria and the rest of the family had departed for the Kingdom of Asura one month ago.
After they left, he was alone in his house. Riveria and the rest weren't worried; after all, Kaylon was invincible in this world.
During that time, Kaylon also began to plan. Rudeus would soon arrive at the magic university.
After Rudeus arrived and met his family, Roxy and Sylphie, Kaylon would invite the family.
After that, the Rozzo family would be complete, and then it would be time to return to Danmachi. Therefore, he had to make the final touches.
That's why he came to Milis, for two reasons. First, to meet the Greyrats who reside nearby and bring them to the magic university as well.
And lastly, and most importantly, to steal two very important items for the future.
What are they?
Well, the first is a level God spell called "Judgment of Milis." This spell is undoubtedly powerful; in this world, it could destroy half the continent, and in Danmachi, it could blow up a city.
An important trump card for his family. Kaylon hadn't forgotten the dangers of Danmachi. "The one-eyed Black Dragon" is no joke, and the dark faction is dangerous. Extra protection is quite reassuring.
The second and most useful, which is practically the reason he came to Milis, is a level God Healing spell possessed by the Milis religion. This spell is said to be able to even revive someone. (It wasn't confirmed in the novel, but some wiki forums mention it.)
The reason for the importance of this is a future character, Alfia "The Incarnation of Talent," probably one of the best talents born in Genkai. Kaylon couldn't help but be tempted by such talents. If he could somehow heal her and extend her life, and manage to unite her with his family, then he could officially call his family the most powerful.
That's why he seeks this scroll. If he can heal her with it, then his family will take off.
This was the only way he found to heal her. It's impossible to use divinity, and his only healer is Zenith, but she hasn't reached the required level.
So those are his objectives in coming to Milis. As for whether he feels guilty about stealing two super items, Kaylon said, "No worries."
Using his divinity, he can replicate them exactly and leave the copy here, taking the original.
"Well, if everything goes well, I'll have a new level 7 in the family," Kaylon smiled with anticipation.
Walking towards the Greyrat family residence in Milis, Kaylon thought about what he had to do after finishing up with the Milis matter.
First, he has to find Rujierd and invite him to join the family. Then he has to make Roxy come to the magic university as well.
He also has to go steal the teleportation sites from the Plagiarists and Osterd. With that, he can use them in Danmachi in case of emergencies.
"Sighh... There's so much to do," Kaylon sighed tiredly. "No choice, for the well-being of the family."
As a God, his personality is usually very indifferent to most things, but if there's one thing he truly cares about, it's his family. He sincerely hopes that his family will grow strong and majestic.
Unbeknownst to him, Kaylon arrived at the Greyrat house. Looking at the beautiful house, Kaylon nodded. Paul had worked hard during this time.
Since the disaster began, Paul searched for his family for two years until he first found Lilia and Aisha. After arriving in Milis, he also found Zenith.
However, Zenith's family didn't make it easy for him; he had to do a lot to get Zenith back and had to work hard as an adventurer to get money to feed Lilia and Aisha.
It can be said that the first three years of the disaster were a very exhausting time for Paul, but still, as a family man, he did everything he could to support his family, and the nice house they have in front of them shows it.
Thinking about this, a smile appeared on Kaylon's face. He observed Paul's changes, and although he's still a pervert, he's now a real father and husband.
~KNOCK, KNOCK~
After knocking several times, Kaylon waited outside under the scorching sun.
After a while, the door made some noises, and a small loli with red hair and green eyes peeked her head out.
"Hello, handsome big brother, do you need something or someone?" Aisha, seeing a handsome big brother standing at the door with a smile, asked.
"Hey... Red hair and green eyes, hehe if I'm not mistaken, you must be Lilia's daughter," Kaylon said to the little lolita.
"Ohhh, mister knows my mom? Um, but I've never seen you before... Wait!? Could you be one of those perverts who watch people from afar?" Aisha said, stepping back several steps and looking at him with disgust and caution.
Kaylon's face, which had a sunny smile, darkened after hearing Aisha's accusation.
"Hehe, little one, do you know what happens to Lolis when they talk too much?" Kaylon approached Aisha and said in a sinister voice.
Aisha, with trembling voice, said, "Th-they're rewarded with sweets!?"
"No... What happens is they end up getting kidnapped, BOO!!" Kaylon made a terrifying face and lunged to grab Aisha.
"AHHH!, Mom, a pervert, HELP!!" Aisha ran out of Kaylon's grasp and into the house, calling for help.
Upon hearing the girl's screams, everyone near the house looked at Kaylon with strange eyes.
Upon hearing Aisha's screams and feeling the strange looks, Kaylon's already dark face darkened even more.
Suddenly, a noise was heard from inside the house.
"You bastard, you pervert, how dare you bother my daughter!!" An angry Paul came out of the house with a sword in hand.
"You're the pervert! Your whole family is perverted!" Kaylon shouted with a vein on his forehead.
"Eh!? How dare you be arrogant... Wait!? Kaylon!!" Paul, who had prepared to strike someone, was dumbfounded to see Kaylon at his door.
Then, putting a big smile on his face, he approached to hug him. "My brother!"
"Haha, you've gotten old, where did you get that grandpa beard from?" Kaylon teased Paul. The first time they met, Paul was a young man; now he could be considered a mature man, though they still looked good and had no wrinkles.
Paul's face, which previously had a smile, turned black. Then, putting on a wicked smile, he said, "I didn't know you had the hobby of scaring little girls. Maybe since you couldn't succeed with Riveria, you started targeting younger ones."
Kaylon's face turned dark again. "Bastard, it seems like over time you've forgotten the beatings of society. How about I remind you?"
"Who's afraid of you? Come on, let me show you how strong I've become." Paul took his sword and prepared to show Kaylon his strength.
Kaylon didn't back down either, rolling up his sleeves, he prepared to show them the fists of enlightenment. "Real men fight with their fists, bastard."
As they were about to communicate as men do, a small voice was heard from the living room.
"Come on, Norn, dad must have already beaten the pervert!" Aisha told her sister Norn.
"No, Aisha, it's dangerous. Dad said we should wait here without moving," Norn tried to drag her sister inside.
Upon hearing their daughters' voices, Paul lowered the sword and quickly took Kaylon by the shoulder and said.
"Don't worry, my daughters, I've already caught the pervert?" Paul shouted to his daughters.
Upon hearing their father, both Norn and Aisha stuck their heads out of the wall and saw their father "catching" a tall man with golden eyes and hair.
"Wow, Dad, you're amazing. Hmph, I knew from the beginning you'd catch the pervert," Aisha said with stars in her eyes.
Norn didn't say anything either, but still, a proud expression appeared on her face.
Paul, who received praise from his two daughters, raised his nose so high it seemed to point towards the sky.
Kaylon, who was about to hit him, but upon seeing the scene, restrained himself, only a monster would ruin a father's work to show off, still, he whispered to Paul.
"If you don't let me go and explain what happened properly, your daughters will have to see you being kicked by me." Kaylon warned Paul.
Paul stiffened, then coughing, said to his daughters, "Aisha, I think you're mistaken. The person next to me isn't a pervert, his name is Kaylon, an old friend. You can call him Uncle."
"Eh? So, a pervert uncle?" Aisha said, confused.
Before Kaylon's face turned black again, a voice came from inside the house.
"Aisha!, are you using the word I told you not to use?" Lilia, with her never-changing maid dress, came from the dining room to the front door of the house.
Aisha, hearing her mother's voice, quickly ran to Paul and hid behind his legs.
Lilia came to the front door prepared to scold her daughter, but upon entering, the first thing she saw was the man with golden eyes and hair.
"Kaylon-sama, pleasure to see you again," Lilia smiled and bowed, then looked around trying to find Riveria.
"Hehe, hi Lilia, long time no see. If you're looking for Riveria, unfortunately, she didn't come with me." Kaylon said.
"Oh, what a pity," Lilia said with genuine disappointment.
"Kaylon-sama, please come in. Paul, you shouldn't leave guests at the door," Lilia looked at Paul sharply.
"Oh, right, come in, Kaylon," Paul said somewhat embarrassed.
After entering the house and sitting at the table, Lilia soon brought tea served on the table.
Drinking tea, the three began to talk about the magic disaster, share experiences, and inform each other of where they now reside.
After a while, the sound of the door rang again, and Zenith entered the house.
Upon entering and noticing Kaylon, Zenith smiled and said expectantly, "Kaylon-san, pleasure to see you again. By the way, are you alone today? Didn't Riveria come?"
Kaylon laughed at how direct Zenith was and said, "Riveria went to Asura on a small mission, so she couldn't come with me."
"Oh," Zenith said disappointedly.
"By the way, Kaylon, are you coming alone to visit us, or do you bring something else?" Paul asked curiously.
"Well, actually I came to tell you that Rudeus will soon arrive at the magic university, and Sylphie, Lars, and his wife will also be in Ranoa soon. So, I came to take them to Ranoa for a big gathering," Kaylon explained his purpose.
"What!? My Rudy is going to the magic university, and Sylphie is there too?" Zenith stood up excitedly.
Paul also smiled happily, knowing that his son is fine and will go to the magic university.
"Paul, we have to go!" Zenith ordered Paul.
"Of course, let's go! Everyone, get ready, we're going to Ranoa!" Paul said excitedly.
"Paul, Zenith, before we move, we have to prepare the transportation and also know where we will stay," Lilia, the voice of reason in the Grayrat family, spoke.
"You don't have to worry about that, Lilia. I already have the transportation ready, and you can stay at my house without any problems," Kaylon told Lilia.
"Thank you very much, Kaylon-sama," Lilia looked grateful, then looked at Paul.
Paul, understanding her look, said to Kaylon, "I'll pay you for the fare and accommodation, Kaylon."
Kaylon waved his hand disdainfully. "Don't worry about that, the transportation was already prepared, and accommodation is not a problem. Our house is big, and Riveria would be delighted to see Lilia and Zenith."
"Hehe, then thank you, Kaylon," Paul didn't insist anymore, he knows how Kaylon is when he says no; only Riveria can change his mind.
After eating, immediately Lilia and Zenith started organizing everything for the trip tomorrow.
On the other hand, after being given a room, Kaylon used his divinity to create an avatar that would stay behind, asleep, and he went to the Milis Church.
Walking to the church, Kaylon's presence disappeared, blending in with the surroundings as if he didn't exist.
Slowly passing through the church's security checks, he easily reached the treasury.
Honestly, he would have preferred to dress as a ninja with a black robe with red clouds and then rob the church and declare the Fourth Ninja War.
But if he does that tomorrow, they'll surely close the city, making it much harder to leave. To avoid unnecessary problems, it's better to simply steal and change without anyone noticing.
Approaching the last level of the treasury, Kaylon passed through the walls like a ghost, reaching the place where the Healing Scroll and the attack weapon were. Kaylon smiled with satisfaction.
Taking out his small frog bag, he carefully put them inside, then using divine energy, he made identical copies.
"All done, mission accomplished," Kaylon smiled satisfied, and walked back to the exit.
Exiting the treasury, he passed through a garden where there was a blonde girl with blue eyes. She was very pretty, though a bit chubby, which only made her more adorable.
Kaylon looked at the miko with interest. According to the original book, she possesses powers that allow her to read minds. Thinking about this wonderful and useful power, a pensive expression appeared on Kaylon's face.
After thinking for a while and coming to a conclusion, Kaylon approached the still invisible miko and said, "It's a beautiful night, isn't it?"
The miko, who was focused on the moon, suddenly heard a voice, got scared, looked around, and at the same time used her power to try to detect the mind behind the voice.
After searching for a while and not seeing or hearing anything, she wondered if she was hallucinating.
Suddenly, the voice sounded again.
"You were looking at the moon with longing because something like the moon that you can see every night is so special to you," the voice asked with curiosity.
Regaining her composure and seeing that the voice didn't seem to want to harm her, the miko replied.
"I'm not surprised by the moon; after all, I see it every night. It's more like envy," the miko replied.
The voice asked again with confusion, "Envy? Why would you envy a piece of rock?"
"Hehe, you don't understand the moon. It's so high, so far from anyone, no one can tie it down or take it away. It's so free, that's what I envy about the moon," the miko said with some sadness in her voice.
"I see... So what you desire is freedom," the voice sounded again with a monotone tone.
"Well... Everyone wants to be free, right? To go where you want, live where you want, be with the people you want, it's so beautiful," the miko said with longing.
The voice remained silent for a while, then out of nowhere, a man with golden hair and golden eyes appeared sitting on a bench.
Looking at the miko with interest, he said, "What if I told you that I can give you freedom, with just something in return?"
The miko stared at the beautiful man and thought about his words. Then, in a somewhat hopeful tone, she said, "Can you do that?"
"I can, but in exchange, you only have to promise me something," Kaylon said with a smile.
"Anything to live a true life," the miko replied eagerly.
"Hehe, then it's a deal. I promise you won't regret it."
...
The next day, early in the morning.
The Grayrat family orderly loaded a carriage in front of their house.
Kaylon was sitting in a chair placed in front of the carriage. Next to him, there was a slightly chubby girl with a hood covering her entire face, looking around with curiosity.
After stealing the magic scrolls from the church last night, Kaylon also abducted the miko from the church.
He could only say that the situation led to that on its own, and he didn't do it on purpose.
"Kaylon-sama, what is that? What is that? What strange shape does that have? Can it be eaten?" The miko, with infinite curiosity, continued asking about everything she saw.
For a person who practically spent her life in a church, the scenery outside of it is undoubtedly magnificent.
Kaylon rubbed his forehead and sighed. He no longer knows how many questions the miko has asked him, but he knows it's a lot. Nevertheless, he still replied, "That's a ladder, used to reach higher places. That's a stove, used for cooking food. That odd-shaped thing is called a sofa, for sitting, not for eating."
The miko and Kaylon continued asking and answering questions while the Grayrat family finished arranging everything.
After a while, a sweaty Paul approached them, and looking at the girl near Kaylon, he said mockingly, "Hey, Kaylon, what I said yesterday about you starting to target young ones, was sarcasm. You didn't have to take it seriously."
"How about I go with your family, and you walk alone?" Kaylon said in a cold tone.
"No, wait!? Sorry, don't make me walk for months, please," Paul pleaded.
"Hmph, then get lost," Kaylon said contemptuously.
"Hehe, we're all set, we can go," Paul scratched his head and then informed Kaylon.
"It's about time, I thought you were planning to move into my house," Kaylon, who had waited outside for 2 hours while they organized, said annoyed.
"Hey, it's not my fault, you know how women are. Come on, stop complaining, you haven't aged a bit in appearance, but you've become a grumpy old man, huh?" Paul complained about Kaylon's grumpy attitude.
"Tsk, I don't like working in the morning. I should be comfortably in my bed sleeping at this hour, not here standing being bothered by a miko, while the Grayrat family loads an endless move," Kaylon grumbled. (Riveria: My Kami, is it old age?)
"You don't like working in the morning or at any time of the day, bastard," Paul chuckled.
"Shut up, let's get on, let's go! Miku, let's go," Kaylon signaled to the miko, whom he named Miku, very original, right?
After all, if they see him calling someone a miko in the middle of the street, when they realize that the miko has been abducted, he will be the first one to be visited. Kaylon doesn't want to face a church crusade.
After everyone boarded the carriage, Kaylon put his imaginary horses to work again.
After paying the Milis toll, the carriage continued for two hours along the road, then, veering off the road, it approached a nearby mountain.
"Hey Kaylon, you're off the road, are you planning to kidnap me and sell me to a rich lady?" Paul hugged himself as he looked at Kaylon, "shivering."
"See, I told you, Dad, we can't trust a pervert!" Aisha yelled from the carriage, as if confirming her suspicions.
"Aisha, don't be rude!" Lilia scolded in a cold tone.
"Hmph, brat, I won't do anything to the rest of your family, but I'll definitely sell you at the next stop," Kaylon said spitefully.
"Kyaa, Dad, am I going to be sold!?" Aisha asked her father worriedly.
"Don't worry, Aisha, I'll find you a good buyer," Paul assured confidently.
"Mama, am I going to be sold!?" Seeing that her father had been corrupted by the pervert, Aisha ran to her father.
Seeing the little Loli running away in fear, Kaylon smiled. He likes energetic little Lolis, thinking about the future, being able to have a little Riveria running and playing around, Kaylon's heart filled with longing.
"So where are we going?" Paul asked again.
"Not in a million years will I take a three-month trip. We're taking a shortcut," Kaylon naturally wouldn't waste time in that way.
"In a mountain, there's a shortcut? I'm no expert in shortcuts, but you're not even going in the right direction," Paul looked at Kaylon like a fool.
"Hmph, you'll see," Kaylon said nothing more.
Paul shrugged, he didn't believe that Kaylon did things without reason either.
After venturing through a mountain path, they finally arrived at a huge waterfall.
"Wow, how beautiful," the two little Lolis exclaimed, looking around with excitement.
"So beautiful," the miko also gazed at the waterfall with excitement.
"You brought us here to bathe? I already bathed this morning, you know," Paul joked.
"Shut up, fool, it's this way," guiding the horses towards the waterfall.
Kaylon got off the carriage, then stood in front of a rock and hit it. After a hit, a compartment opened, revealing a magical circle. Carefully injecting divine energy, a magical scene appeared.
The middle of the waterfall began to open sideways, as if something invisible was appearing above, blocking its passage.
"Wow," the entire Grayrat family watched this scene in astonishment.
"What the hell is this!?" Paul asked Kaylon, stunned.
"You'll see..." Kaylon gestured to the horses to walk into the waterfall.
Entering the cave, the first thing they saw was a huge altar, covered with a large magical circle.
Bringing the carriage to the circle, Kaylon got off and approached the table standing in the middle of the circle.
"Hey Kaylon, what on earth is this?" Paul asked curiously.
"A teleportation circle, fixed to a mountain very close to Ranoa," Kaylon responded casually.
"Teleportation magic, isn't it prohibited?" Paul looked at the circle beneath his feet in amazement.
"Haha, what's the matter, Paul, afraid of getting caught?" Kaylon mocked.
"If the Milis Church knew about this, they would certainly be very angry," Paul said with a somewhat nervous smile.
"I wouldn't worry about the church, I'd be more concerned about the owner of this finding out someone used it and coming after us," Kaylon said with a smile.
"You're not the owner, then who is?" Paul asked curiously.
Kaylon fell silent and then smiled at Paul, saying, "Dragon God Orsted."
~gulp~
Paul gulped loudly, then looked at his family, who wasn't paying attention, and sighed in relief. If they knew they were using something without permission from that being, they would surely be very scared.
"Hey Kaylon, we don't want to get killed, right!?" Paul said in a low shout.
"Haha, don't worry, Paul, he won't find out. There are hundreds of circles around the world," Kaylon reassured Paul with a smile.
They covered the circle with divine energy so that when they finished using it, they could steal it.
"All right, to the carriage, let's go. Keep your hands and feet inside the carriage, and now you might feel a bit dizzy and maybe nauseous," Kaylon said, then injecting divine energy into the table.
The circle started to work, soon a light covered the circle, and then the carriage disappeared.
...
~blehh~
Kaylon watched Paul vomiting helplessly.
"You're really weak, Paul. Look at your wives and daughters, they didn't even complain," Kaylon looked at Paul with disdain.
"Shut up, I felt like my stomach went up to my throat and then down to my ass, such a horrible feeling," Paul still had lingering fears.
Currently, Kaylon's carriage was moving along a road heading to Ranoa. They left the mountain cave a while ago, after taking the magic circle, they moved towards Ranoa.
But Paul still hadn't recovered from the teleportation.
Looking resentfully at Kaylon, Paul lay on Zenith's thigh, giving Kaylon a disdainful smile, Paul buried his face into his wife's thighs.
Kaylon's face, which was previously full of mockery towards Paul, was now filled with envy. 'Hmph, just wait, soon I'll do that and more with Riveria.'
After a journey of about 40 minutes, the city of Ranoa began to appear on the horizon.
"By the way, Kaylon, when do you think Rudeus will arrive?" Paul asked curiously.
"Um, probably in a month, he'll be here," Kaylon looked towards Rudeus's position and nodded.
"Hehe, I can't wait to see how my boy has grown," Paul said eagerly.
"My son must have become quite the charmer," Zenith said proudly.
"I hope Master Rudeus isn't a father yet," Lilia said with concern, with the Grayrat genes, it wouldn't be uncommon.
Upon hearing Lilia's words, Zenith also began to worry. On the other hand, Paul still seemed proud.
Kaylon shook his head, he wouldn't be the one to tell them that their current son is still impotent.
After entering the city of Ranoa, they headed to a beautiful house made of white marble, with discreet yet beautiful luxury, inspired by Greek architectural style.
Kaylon spent a lot of time in Tenkai, where he spent much time in that pantheon, and ended up liking Greek aesthetics.
"Kaylon, your house is indeed beautiful," Zenith looked at the beautiful house with envy.
Lilia, though she tried to hide it, still showed some envy on her face.
"Well, I put a lot of effort into the design. It's a very important house for me," Kaylon received the compliments gladly.
For this house, Kaylon spent 2 months designing it. This will also be the prototype of his family mansion in Damanchi.
"Let's go inside," Kaylon invited them, leaving the carriage inside the garage, Kaylon gave them a tour of the house. (Honestly, it's hard for me to write in detail about the construction of the house, so just imagine a Greek mansion)
"These will be your rooms," Kaylon pointed to four rooms, arranged in the same hallway.
"You have so many rooms, how many people live here?" Paul asked.
"Well, apart from me and Riveria, my extended Rozzo family also lives here, there are several people, some you know," Kaylon said mysteriously.
"Uh, Rozzo family? Did you have children with Riveria, impossible," Paul didn't believe it at all.
Kaylon's face darkened and he said, "Hmph, when they return, I'll explain to you what the Rozzo family means."
Paul nodded confusedly, then with Kaylon's help, they unloaded the carriage into the rooms.
While the two little lolitas were sitting at the table, each with a jar of ice cream.
"All set, by the way, where do you buy this thing called ice cream? I've never eaten anything so delicious," Paul said, since he tried the ice cream, he didn't think he'd ever taste anything better in his life.
"Made by me, don't worry, take whichever you want, it's easy to make," Kaylon said proudly, for him, making ice cream is just cloning another one.
"Thank you for the residence, Kaylon, I won't bother you for long. Once we see Rudeus and Sylphie, we'll go back home, or maybe buy one here in Ranoa,"
"Haha, stay as long as you want," Kaylon thought that probably after inviting them to his family and they accepted, they wouldn't return to Milis for many years.
"Miku, did you like your room?" Kaylon asked the miko, who was also choking on ice cream.
"Yes, thank you very much, Kaylon-sama, it's very beautiful," the miko smiled sweetly.
Kaylon felt...
After night fell at Kaylon's house, everyone returned to their rooms, and Kaylon to his office.
"Alright, scroll fixed, and bringing the Grayrat family arranged, teleportation circles fixed, now only need to attract Rujierd and Roxy," Kaylon noted in his small notebook, marking an X next to all the tasks completed.
Regarding Rujierd and Roxy, Kaylon plans to do it the easiest way. Currently, Rujierd travels alone. After telling his tribe the method of removing the curse, Rujierd was left aimless and directionless, so just ensure he comes across the information that Rudeus, Eris, and the Grayrat family are in Ranoa, and he'll come on his own.
As for Roxy, Kaylon plans to have some people talk about Riveria at the magic university. When she finds out there's a great mage in Ranoa, she'll come on her own.
Both methods are easy to implement; he doesn't even have to go there. Just implant information in the heads of people close to them, and they'll start talking about it. Once they hear the rumors, they'll come.
"Well, once Rudeus and Riveria arrive, it'll be time to invite the rest of the family and then return home," Kaylon nodded with satisfaction. Soon, all the fruits of his labor will be revealed.

Well, that's it for today's chapter. I planned to upload it earlier, but the signal at my house got complicated.
We're getting closer and closer. Probably in about 3-4 chapters, we'll be back to Danmachi.
