had left Shi's house in a hurry. It was becoming harder and harder to refrain myself. I had to go before I did something we'd both come to regret.
When I get home I take a cold shower to relax myself. He starts to think about her. Her smile, she looks way better when she isn't trying to force a smile on her face. I get out of the shower and put on some clothes. I lay down on the bed. "Huh. I want to see her tomorrow but I don't want to bother again so late at night, at a time like this."
I look at my phonetempted to call or even text her, would she like that, a good night text perhaps? Maybe It would be more genuine if it was a voice message. hmm what should I do?
I open up are messages and begin to record.
" Shi Yang make sure you drink some water and eat some soup when you wake up, I'll see you tomorrow. Good night."
Without looking at the message I set my phone on the table in my room and lay back down. My face turns red as I think about her reaction to the voice message. Will she find it weird, I wonder what she's thinking now.
The next morning, at Shi Yangs place...
*Beep Beep Beep Beep x6*
I wake up trying to turn the alarm off on my phone. my head pounding on beat with each alarm that goes off. "Mm must sleep more, too tired sleep more sleep."
I finally manage to turn off the alarm, when I notice I got a message. It was from Stellen. I'm now wide awake eager to see what it is. "A voice message?
I click on it to see what it says. My face immediately turns red, I covered my face with my pillow. He didn't say much but his voice was mesmerizing. Even if it was just over a recording, "HOW CAN HE STILL SOUND THIS GOOD! UGHHH!"
I must have listened to it at least 20 times, and each time I squealed like a little fan girl meeting her idol. I finally decided to text him back 20 playback later. I begn typing "I just woke up but thanks for your concerns". Hmm no no that sound to formal, I deleted what I typed. How should I respond?
I take a picture of me laying in bed and send it. "Just woke up not in the mood for breakfast:(" and send.
It must not have even been a full 10 minutes before he responded. " Why don't you come to my office, we can have lunch together on my break."
Lunch? Isn't it still morning? I check my phone for the time, IT'S ALREADY 12PM!? I've got to get up and get dressed. I reply back "Sure, what time?"
*Ding!*
"At about one thirty."
I hurry up and pick out an outfit then run to the bathroom to take a shower.
*Almost an hour later*
Jeez it's already twelve forty. I should hurry, let's see it only takes me ten minutes to get to his office so I should leave right now. I grab my phone and put it in my purse, I then proceed to grab my purse and walk out the door. I hope I'm not late.
I finally made it to his office with a couple minutes to spare. I walk to the front desk. A receptionist walks up to the desk and puts a big smile on his face.
"Shi Yang right?"
I flinch and nodded in confusion.
" Sorry if I startled you, Mr.Stellen gave a pretty vivid description of your appearance. Unfortunately he is talking to a client t the moment and has asked me to take you to his office lounge. If you'd follow me please..."
He gestures to the direction to his right.I nod my head and follow behind him. He opens the door and gestures to the chair in the front of his office.
"Thank you for personally showing me the directions."
He smiles once again and proceeds to walk out shutting the door behind him. I look around his room admiring the different art pieces he has hanging up on his walls.
"These are beautiful, I wonder who's art pieces these are."
I reach my hand out to touch the painting, when the phone starts ringing. It startled me. It wasn't the business phone so I begin to look where the ringing phone was coming from. I find the phone in Stellens seat.
" Ahh he must have left it. It's an unknown number, wht if it's important." I answer the phone.
"Hello?"
