Just as Elaine was lost in Michael's eyes as he ate, a figure sauntered into the sitting room, drawing her attention away from her worries. The newcomer was a stark contrast to Elaine's appearance, although she looked like a chaotic mess presently. The young girl was dressed in high-fashion clothing, her brown wavy hair cascading down her back like a waterfall, her face full of makeup.

Elaine recognized her immediately as her step-sister, Anastasia.

Anastasia's movements were unsteady, and her eyes were glazed over, indicating that she was still intoxicated from the drinks she had consumed at the club the previous night. She stumbled towards the couch, collapsing onto it carelessly, and immediately fell into a deep slumber. Her snoring filled the room, causing Elaine to blush in embarrassment as she watched her stepsister's antics.
