Chapter 40: She's mine now

Roseline fell to the ground, screaming as she crawled towards Nikolas' dead body.

"No! Nikolas!" She screamed as she cried profusely while everyone else was frozen on their spot, especially Aurora.

She couldn't comprehend what had just happened.

"Father!" Veronica suddenly screamed as she rushed toward her mother who was on the ground. They began to scream and cry while every one of the pack members fell to their knees and bowed their heads to pay their final respect.

Aurora's heart was racing so fast as she was about to take a step towards her family but Xavier grabbed her hand.

"We are leaving" She was silent for a while but when she turned to him, he was shocked by the look In her eyes.

"You… you promised me… you promise you were not going to kill anyone" Xavier frowned.
