Ten versus two seems a bit overboard and unequal, but it is somewhat unfair in the eyes of the ten thugs. They did not want to accept it but the truth is that they are of no match to the two people in front of them.
This is true especially to the man who seems to move clumsily, but each hit of his clumsy fist causes a thug to lose his consciousness.
They planned to separate the two, but it seems that the two planned to fight side by side, hence easily subduing their enemies.
Ma Liling was too focused on the fight that she did not have time to look at Yu Bai. Meanwhile, Yu Bai on the other hand easily takes hold of the situation and would offer his helping hand every time she would be in trouble.
Suddenly from the corner of his eyes, he saw a man taking out a folded knife from his pocket. Then he dashed towards Ma Liling and tried to stab her from her side. These truly have some evil intent in their heart. They would succumb easily to anger and distress and they would steal, rape, and even kill for their own benefit. And this scene made Yu Bai truly angry now.
In fact, he was just going to investigate this incident and make that person responsible for this mess, pay. However, upon seeing this cowardly behavior of this man, he decided to teach these guys a lesson they cannot forget.
He swiftly darted to the side of the man holding the knife and before the man could know it, Yu Bai's fingers are already coming towards his eyes.

The man cried in pain as he fell to the ground while clutching his eyes. Blood could be seen seeping out from his eyes as he rolled on the ground.
When the people shifted their gaze to where the cry is coming from, they just saw their companion on the ground.
Nobody had seen what Yu Bai did as they are busy fighting against a single woman. Plus Yu Bai has covered the man with his body.
When Yu Bai turns towards the thugs, a sharp knife is on his hand with blood seeping out of it.
The fighting has stopped, and only three thugs are left standing.
Yu Bai slowly takes a step towards the three as they slowly back away.
Yu Bai's expression is a bit heavy and gloomy at the same time. The previous happy expression of a calm and collected guy is now gone. In front of them, they could all feel a strong pressure coming from the man.
"You… what… what do you think you are doing? Ki… ki… killing is against the law!" shouted the leader of the group.
However, Yu Bai did not reply and just sneer at the man.
On the side, Ma Liling has a look of concern in her eyes. She did not expect that her docile husband would emit such a strong aura. Though she knew that he has his secrets and that the two of them are keeping something from each other, yet seeing this side of her husband made her feel a bit… calm and collected.
She feels like she could not trust her whole life in his hands and that he would everything in his power to protect her no matter what happens.
"Who told you to attack the woman who escaped?" Yu Bai asked in a deep chilling voice.
The three subconsciously gulps hard as they stare at the man in front of them with a hint of fear in their eyes.
Yu Bai suddenly flicks the bloody knife from his hand and it flew towards a concrete wall and by some miracle, it actually punctured through the concrete even creating sparks in the air.
And this scene added to the nervousness and fear of the three remaining thugs.
"Wait… We… we are just hired thugs… it… it was the… It was the young master of the Song clan who hired us. If you do anything to us, Young Master Song would kill you and your family…" the leader of the group said as if gaining some strength just by saying the name of the Song clan.
Yu Bai could not help but show a sneer in his face, he is not afraid of the Song clan, and he also did not have any conflict with them. However, it seems that the Song clan would be in deep trouble now.
In contrary to Yu Bai's reaction, Ma Liling's expression turned serious. She did not expect that Song Cha would be so evil as to try and kidnap her just because he suspected her of making him suffer. She is now regretting the fact that she did not make it a permanent thing. If she wanted she could have ruined his face and his body, but since he is not willing to give up, she could only use her scheme and get her own brand of revenge.
Thinking up to this point, Yu Bai did not hesitate anymore and knock those remaining three down in one go. Ma Liling who saw his action was dumbfounded. But her eyes are now sparkling as she saw another side of her husband; a side that made her feels that he is actually not a wimp.
It was a bit complicated, but she can accept this side as long as it is Yu Bai.
With a wide smile on her face, she immediately ran towards Yu Bai then hugs him.
"Thank you!" she said with a sweet voice.
But then she suddenly remembers that he is wounded, so she separated her body from him and then immediately checks his hand.
But Yu Bai was frozen on the spot as he did not expect that Ma Liling would suddenly hug him. He was caught off guard that he was unable to react immediately.
But her scent and soft body made him feel aroused. For some reason, he seems to not dislike this beauty in front of him and her scent is truly like that of Ma Mian. He subconsciously gulps but holds to his desire as he did not want to be someone who would break his wife's heart.
Though the woman smells like Ma Mian and is as soft as her, she is not Ma Mian. And he would not commit such a mistake and hurt his wife.
So without thinking twice, he suddenly shakes his hand and with a stern look, he said.
"Miss Liling… I'm sorry, I have to go and look for my wife… Thank you, for helping her…" he said as he suddenly turns around and was about to leave.
Ma Liling was a bit stunned at his reaction but felt warm in her heart. She now remembers that she is Ma Liling and not Ma Mian, in fact, she almost wanted to kiss him a while ago. And now that her husband is showing his fidelity towards Ma Mian her heart feels really warm inside.
However, a playful glint suddenly appears in her eyes as she suddenly fell to the ground.
"Ouch! My leg, it hurts!" she cried which made Yu Bai suddenly stop from his tracks.
