Chapter 32: Gratitude Or A Sense Of Responsibility

Though Evan Livares was struggling to answer his mother, he found the situation quite funny and interesting.

His mother didn't even ask him about Aviana despite knowing almost nothing about her. The first thing she asked him was if he liked Aviana?

Though he knew that this was very like his mother, he can't help but wonder if he made it too obvious.

Well, it was his first time bringing a girl home. So, it wasn't strange that his mother was curious about it.

"You don't answer me, Evan," Sylvia Livares pointed out, pretty impatient than other times.

"What are you thinking, Mom?" Evan asked his mother back and a playful smile appeared on his lips. Seeing this, his mother clicked her tongue and shook her head.

"Are you trying to dodge my question? This is suspicious." Her words were followed by a chuckle and Evan was glad about it. It always felt great to see such a sight. Then he briefly thought of a way to answer his mother.
