Chapter 65: Chapter 65 The unexpected

During the period of spending quality time with his woman, Devile got interrupted by a knock on the door. Even without seeing who it was he already knew that it was Tom as he had already mastered how he knocked on the door.

"Come in, Tom," Devile replied whilst holding Mira in his arms. She was already done with breakfast by now and Devile was cuddling her, trying to make her feel comfortable and just being with her.

Tom walked in with his hands crossed and greeted the duo;

"Good morning,"

"Is everything okay, Tom?" Devile asked.

"Your attention is needed downstairs. One of the guests that attended the party last night has been involved in a fatal motor accident. The news is on the net and on TV."

"TV?" That was when Devile remembered that he had a TV in his bathroom and he immediately stood up from the bed and Mira followed too and they both headed into the bathroom while Tom waited in the room.
