Devile led Mira, weak and disheveled, back to the safety of their opulent residence. A team of dedicated servants awaited their return, and Devile wondered from whence they came from. They tried to help him with Mira who they had no idea what happened to her but Devile vehemently refused. He wanted to take care of his wife by himself and they gave way.

As Devile guided his beloved wife to the cleansing comfort of hot water, his heart clenched at the sound of her trembling voice. "He bit me," she whispered, her words piercing the air with a haunting vulnerability.

The towel in Devile's hands froze in mid-air, suspended by an invisible force as he struggled to absorb the gravity of her revelation. His mind reeled, attempting to process the unimaginable cruelty inflicted upon her. "He did what?" he managed to utter, his voice laced with disbelief, fear and simmering anger, though he fought to shield Mira from his rising emotions.
