Mira's consciousness flickered in and out as Hermes carried her on his shoulder through the woods, her hands swinging from side to side as she tried to make sense of what was happening. She was barely able to keep her eyes open, her body feeling heavy and numb. She could feel her blood pooling inside her, and the wounds on her neck pulsating with every beat of her heart.

"Where am I? Where am I going?" She thought.

Her thoughts were interrupted when Hermes spoke for the first time since he had attacked her. "Don't worry, my dear Mira. We are almost there. The cave is just up ahead. I am sure that Devile has told you about it. It is the same place that Annabelle was killed," he made a throaty laugh.
