After a few minutes of waiting, Akari once again heard footsteps.
Two people came through the door.
One is a girl, who he thinks is Neko and the other person is an old man with bandages wrapped on his one hand and eye.
'So, that's Danzo.' He thinks with a feeling of goosebumps arising inside him.
Danzo came towards him and then sat on a chair.
"Child don't be afraid of me. I am an elder of the leaf." Danzo said.
"Umm, sir why am I here. Have I done something wrong. I have already told the caretaker why I had beaten those guys." He said fearfully.
"It has nothing to do with that. As you know the hokage protects the village. He is the light of the village and I am the darkness of the village. What he can't do to protect konoha is done by me." Danzo said.
"No place in this world is completely good. Every place and every people are the mixture of good and bad. I am the protector of the village, who protects it while living in dark." He said.
'What a load of bullshit?' Akari thought after listening to him.
"You are here because from now on you will be one of us. You will protect the village from the bad people while in the dark." Danzo said.
After waiting for a few seconds Danzo says "And you have a powerful bloodline which will help us in protecting the village. You are of the Uzumaki clan. It was a subordinate of the village but was destroyed by the other ninja villages."
" So, were my parents also killed by them." Akari tried to pretend.
"Yes, your family was also killed by them and they are also the enemies from whom we have to protect our village. So, will you help us in protecting the leaf you home." Danzo said.
"Yes, I will definitely help." Akari replies.
"Sandai open his chains and take him to Dagai. Give him proper food and living space." Danzo orders Sandai.
"Okay, Danzo-sama."
Then Sandai opens the cuffs.
Akari stands up and moved his hands and legs to ease the pain.
"Child, Dagai will be your future Sensei and you have to listen to his every word. He will also tell you about you Uzumaki traits." Danzo says and then stands up.
"Thank you, Danzo-sama." Akari bows.
Danzo nods at him and then leaves.
