William didn't stay long in City V26. He headed back to the Southern mountains along with the Commander and the army. The Commander was adamant to see the place where William was staying.

And upon his arrival, it was clear that he was thoroughly impressed. The people whom William gathered were all working seamlessly and somehow, he managed to gather many people who were quite expert in their fields. In City V26, the people under Princess Lilith were majority were people who were only good at military, but William's city was more complete.

It was to the point that the Commander thought that William had an eye for talent and purposely gathered them.

Little did he know that William simply gathered the survivors whom he met along the way. As for how they managed to work together, it was something that William himself didn't expect but glad that they could do it well.
