Chapter 43: Tracks to Neptune
I sighed a little and thought that maybe Kath or I could try to see it, so without risking Kath I decided to calm down and take the note with strength to be able to feel even the smallest detail, after a few minutes no matter how relaxed I was I had not been able to see anything, so I sighed and while I looked at Kath I asked her to try.
When I saw how she relaxed and her aura became bright I thought she could do it but after a few minutes she made the same gesture as me and explained to me that no matter how hard she tried she had not succeeded, the boys who smiled partly because of our gestures I could only go to Cedric and give him the paper and say
Me: -decayed voice- I tried, but I don't understand how come we couldn't see anything. -pensitive-
Cedric: -hugs her tightly- it's strange to see you like this, even with visions you don't like to lose eh -taking the note- I may not have a power like yours and I'm a simple elf, but this elf will try to find out. -raising his finger and smiling-
Dante: I will also help in any way I can.
Harold: don't leave me behind either.
I tried to stop Harold but without success so I went to the little girls and while I was talking to Lucy about the secret passages that led to the temple. I for some reason sensed where Atlanta could be, I felt that the coordinates led us to Neptune and Dark and having such a clue was very helpful.
We waited for the guys to see what they had decided, Cedric had managed to get an idea of those coordinates and if he didn't fail he would lead us directly to the South Pole, there was already a plan and the idea of dividing us was the best except for Lucy and Kath, I knew that Kath was going to be uncomfortable but seeing her accept without thinking much amazed me and while I hugged them I promised them to come back quickly.
Cedric and Dante would go for a part and make a slight tracking of the place and Harold and I would go for a secret entrance to the Palace of Atlanta, Harold and I had managed to create a slight sign code to avoid having to talk, Soun on his side was quiet as usual but being just as attentive; when we arrived to a big tunnel I gestured him to be calm and touching the ducts he tried to guide me which way to take until a noise not only alerted us but also indicated us that the way we were going to take was the right one.
