Chapter 14: Zoro Stunt

Several days later, Jo walked with Nami and Miyuki to enjoy this town uniqueness. They played happily, ate delicious food, and then gazing at the beautiful clear sky. Nami and Miyuki also became bolder than before. They were brave enough to hug his arm in public without any embarrassment.

Then when they walking to the port, Jo saw the going mary ship, Luffy first generation ship. There was also the legendary straw hat pirate flag. Even Jo was not avid fans, he still knew that legendary flag.

"Nami, Nojiko had already arrived here." Jo said to Nami.

"What? Are you sure, uncle?!" Nami surprised by Jo word.

"I'm sure. Let's go and search your sister." Jo said.

"Em... captain, who is Nami sister?" Miyuki asked while they walked.

"My sister name is Nojiko. We are orphan and get adopted by same person." Nami answered instead of Jo.

Jo just nodded and indicated Nami to continue.

"Then what she doing here?" Miyuki asked.

"She joined a pirate group." Nami said without any guilt.

"Pirate group?!! Captain, this is Captain Smoker domain! No pirates can escape from him!" Miyuki shouted.

"Nah don't worry. For her security, I can guarantee that even vice-admiral arrived here, they still able to escape." Jo answered mysteriously and then laughed.

Miyuki just pouted and Nami let out sigh of relief. Jo shook his head and continued his sight seeing.

Suddenly a loud boom could be heard from nearby. Then a white smoke soared to the sky. Jo instantly knew that it was Smoker smoke. Apparently he caught several unruly pirates. Looking at that, Miyuki and Nami became somewhat restless.

"Don't worry, if something happen to Nojiko, I will save her." Jo reassured Nami and Miyuki.

This day, he would stocking food for his journey to Grandline. With Straw Hat here, his schedule had already set.

Miyuko didn't join their journey, she back to the ship and guard the treasure.

After walking for awhile, Jo and Nami finally spotted Nojiko place. She was together with Zoro. They were entered the weapons shop. Likely, Zoro wanted to buy another katanas for replacing his broken katanas. It was very similar to the original story except Nojiko and no Nami loaned some berry to Zoro. Of course, Jo also wanted to see his favorite part of early one piece episode. The epic choosing weapon method.

Jo told Nami to silently tailed them. Nami obviously confused, but still did as Jo said.

Inside the shop, Nojiko and Zoro looked at the weapon inside. All of them were sword type weapons. No spear inside. It made Jo wonder. Why in one piece world, no Spearman appeared?

Back to Zoro, he still not found his katana. Zoro searched his weapon like searching his soul mate. He looked to all weapon on the wall with disinterested eyes. But there was something different with Zoro. Likely, he didn't out of money.

Then Zoro sifted his intention to the cheap sword. With his hand, he traced them one by one in fast pace. Suddenly Zoro expression changed. He grabbed one katana and then swung it back and fort. He satisfied with his finding and brought it to the seller.

But before he could pay the cost, Takashigi suddenly popped from nowhere and grabbed the katana. She started to spouting nonsense about that katana and it history. It was amazing, from her bullshit. Jo as spectator even to lazy to memorize the katana name. He was not Japanese citizen or could understand Japanese.

Zoro felt slightly annoyed and stated that he was the first buyer. To showed his eagerness, he performed his stun like the original story. Zoro threw the katana upward and placed his arm on the katana landing way. Like fearless warrior, he didn't move his arm even the katana sharp side almost cut his arm. In the end, the katana nailed on the floor and Zoro hand was fine.

It was an amazing stun. The first person experience really more amazing than watched on the anime.

The weapon seller dumbfounded by his stun as well. Like Awakening his deep buried dream, he immediately ran inside and not long after, he brought a good katana.

Zoro without hesitation also bought it as well, using Nojiko money. Takashigi down hearted and followed Zoro exit the shop.

"Yo, Nami sister, Deputy Takashigi." Jo greeted them from their back.

All of them stunned. Nojiko ignored him and immediately after Nami. They hugged each other warmly and began to tell about their journey. Zoro like before, disinterested on Jo and just replied Jo greet.

"Captain Jo, you know all of them?" Takashigi asked.

"Em I know. That woman who talk with my crew is Nojiko, my crew sister. And he is pirate hunter Zoro, long time ago." Jo explained.

"Hm, then what his job now?" Takashigi asked off her curiosity.

"Pirate." Jo said blandly.

Puuu! Zoro shocked.

"What?! He is pirate?!" Takashigi had already drew her katana.

"Hahaha, he is good one. He under funny captain never pillage innocent possessions. Trust me, his group was funny pirate. His captain just want to do adventure and find one piece. Nothing more. Oh yeah, his captain is glutton." Jo explained with gleeful expression.

"But pirate is pirate!" Takashigi shouted.

"Hey hey miss Takashigi. Your word really hurt his feeling." Jo said that and then smirked to Zoro.

Seeing Jo smirk, Zoro began to feel uneasy. Something bad would come out from Jo mouth.

"It doesn't have anything with me." Takashigi said coldly.

"Do you know, your face and stubbornness are very similar to his late girl friend, except your glasses."

Jo reply was instantly made Takashigi and Zoro, even Nami and Nojiko fell silent.

Everything became quite. They focused on Zoro and Takashigi reaction. When they saw Zoro reaction that didn't deny Jo statement, they sure that what Jo said was true. Takashigi also included. She also felt embarrassed when she realized that Zoro didn't deny what Jo said.
