" C'mon not you too! I got carried away. You know it wasn't my intention to let you guys worry like that," she explained as she ran after him. Braxton was still seated on the countertop but that was not who she was chasing after. " I was a bit drunk but I managed my way home, didn't I?" She said, trying to defend herself. 

" A call. Just a goddamn call was all that was needed. More than ten calls and you didn't even answer. Besides, you shouldn't be apologizing to me. Braxton, over there, should be your main worry," he said pointing his hand in the direction his boss sat. Unexpectedly, she hissed. When she was being expected to tender an apology, all she dared to do was hiss.
