Chapter 134: Alaric's Assault On Trostan (4)

Alaric fashioned masks for his friends. He had picked up some chunks of ground and transmuted them into the materials he needed them to be. Once he did that, he changed them into simple masks with eye slits.

"These seem a little creepy," Sarah commented as she looked at her mask with the broad smile on it.

"It's all part of the theatrics," Alaric said, "They allow us to look frightening while also keeping our identities safe. We can't be looking like terrorists when we're trying to look like a nation."

Sarah nodded when she understood. They all put on their masks.

Alaric's was different because his mask had a couple of little marks on the eyes to identify him as the one in charge.

"Let's move," Alaric said.

They were already in position next to Trok City and decided to move under cover of night.

The dew from the branches and grass stuck to them as they dashed through the woods. The automatons were a little way behind them, as to not make too much noise.
