Chapter 229: True Name

"It was a good decision to dodge that attack; there is really no way to block this sword. It uses a very special void concept unique to me. If you had attempted to block the sword, it would have still hit you.

Now that you know what the sword can do, how are you going to deal with it?" the demon said to Oliver.

Oliver didn't know how he would bypass the ability of the sword, but now was not the time to think about it.

He charged at the demon, smashing downwards. The demon took a step back and blocked the attack. Oliver took a step back to make a counter, but the demon pressed forward with his sword.

Oliver was taken off guard. He thought that the demon would make the same decision as him and step back, but that didn't happen.

With the demon's sword approaching him, the only option was to block, and his body did that subconsciously. He tried to block with his sword, but the sword passed through and cut Oliver's armor, leaving a slash on his chest.
