Ezra looked around the room, making sure that this was his room. He tried to sit up, but his arms gave out and he fell back to the bed.
"Seems I am not yet strong enough to stand up," Ezra said.
'I can't believe I survived meeting a true demon,' Ezra thought as he lay there. The door of the room opened, and Lisa came in with a bucket of warm water and a rag.
When she saw Ezra awake, she dropped the bucket and ran to his side.
"Is this déjà vu?" Ezra asked.
"Brother," she hugged him while sobbing.
"You are a commander of the Shadow League, you shouldn't be crying that much. Tell me all about what happened," Ezra said.
Lisa nodded and wiped her tears. She sat down beside him on the bed and began narrating all that had happened so far.
After she finished, she took a look at the arm that she said was regenerated. He tried to control it, but he was still weak.
