Chapter 28: _Overwhelming

After all that, I watched as Beta Negan stepped out of my suite, with the two of us waving at each other before he did.

However, as soon as he closed the door behind him, I sighed.

"How am I supposed to prepare for a ball coming up next week?" I rubbed my forehead in thought as I walked to my closet to check out the clothes available.

When I opened it, I gasped, beyond impressed.

There were more clothes in here than all the clothes I've owned in my life combined.

The closet was so spacious that it served as a much smaller room of its own, with shoe racks and also clothes of various kinds.

"Now, are any of these dresses ball-worthy?" I asked myself as I began searching for the perfect ball gown.

I wanted something that wasn't too flashy but knowing Kaene... He might actually desire the opposite for me.

"Well, screw him and his desires." I harrumphed to myself as I stepped out of the closet.
