100% Rise of the fallen god caelus / Chapter 2: Caelus e Aevus

Chapter 2: Caelus e Aevus

"CAELUS"

A strangely majestic but terrifying scream echoed through the palace.

Floating in an unknown place in the universe, a gigantic and magnificent city surrounded by barriers of unknown material, stirred by the anger of its master.

Even with a gigantic size, even bigger than many universes, the city called 'The Kingdom Of The Gods' can't help but tremble and fear the anger of Aevus, The God Of Time.

Planet G45b

In an imperceptible fluctuation in the fabric of space, a small particle of unknown energy emerged.

Floating aimlessly, the nearly faded particle moved relatively quickly through the unknown environment.

Feeling its energy increase, the particle moved even faster, looking for something.

Days passed quickly and the small particle continued to move, and one day, perhaps years later, the particle finally received a sufficient supply of energy and managed to complete its objective, gain consciousness.

With the power of thought provided by its newly regained consciousness, the particle stopped moving aimlessly and began using its stored energy to develop its senses.

Using part of its energy the particle decided to unlock its most important sense in its opinion, vision.

Sensing the changes in its 'body', the previously unknown environment began to fade into an incredibly accurate image given the circumstances.

The environment was increasingly clear and dazzling, a breathtaking landscape.

A plain that seemed endless, completely covered by ice and snow.

The particle began to look at the landscape and began to quickly search for an energy source before its own energy ran out.

With the ability to absorb light particles, light, its internal energy was increasing, but the cold air around it negated much of that absorption.

Noticing the gigantic star shining in the sky, the particle's instincts nearly overpowered its critical thinking, almost, as soon as it regained its mind, the particle finally had time to think.

It's memories seemed desolate and disjointed, almost non-existent.

Trying to remember something in it's memories, the particle's mind worked incessantly, not long after, an incomprehensible pain ravaged fragile her mind.

Images suddenly flooded it's mind.

A palace, a silhouette as black as if it didn't reflect any light, sitting on a throne of gold, and finally the silhouette opening a sort of portal in space.

And finally, a bright name flashed through his mind.

"Caelus..."

That was all he could remember, while his mind seemed to shatter into thousands of shards.

Minutes later, the excruciating pain seemed to slowly subside, seeing the damage to his consciousness, the particle intelligently cut off the thought process before the damage completely wrecks his mind

Even after a long time, the images still didn't seem to make sense.

A palace, a king and a portal.

The particle felt that all the images were apparently intertwined, but he couldn't explain this feeling logically.

And lastly, "Caleus", a feeling of familiarity was growing rapidly through his energy body and his broken mind.

"I know this name, I know this person"

And suddenly, a feeling of agitation took over the air nearby, because of a huge burst of energy in the form of a scream filled with anger.

"MY NAME IS CALEUS"

The nearby snow was trew miles away by the air.

The once disjointed memories seemed to make sense, as if remembering his name was the key to regaining some of his memories.

Anger rose in his body, as if his previously clean and pure soul was tainted with hatred.
