Damian looked at this with unsurprised expression.

The truth was, bestowing Talents was still way out of his capabilities. However, Damian had one advantage only a select few could boast of.

The World Will in his possession.

Although, the Spheric Embodiment was believed to be one bestowing Talents to all lifeforms in the Spheric Verse, the actuality was that, though powerful it was, even it couldn't strain itself to such levels.

In other to reach its hands to all worlds, it had to connect with every Worlds' Will in existence. As such, the role of talents bestowal fell into the hands of all Worlds' Will.

In this way, as the owner of such an existence, it was only normal Damian was able to bestow talents to Claire. But then again, even this shouldn't have been enough to do such a feat for some reasons.
