As Lyle and his group made their way to the town hall, the weight of their recent encounter hung heavily in the air. News of the monster and the disappearances had spread for a while, and the town was on edge.

They had only heard that a group of powerful combatants had arrived in the town and that the group had found another corpse and made their way to the forest before coming out, they had no idea what was going on, however.
