Chapter 15: Ji-woo's Pov
"Your sister was here to see you" Minkyu revealed to Ji-woo who was resting, lying on the mattress.
"She was? Why didn't you tell me sooner" Ji-woo queried.
"You seemed tired so I didn't want to disturb you"
"When did she leave" Ji-woo asked hurrying towards the door.
"She left over thirty minutes ago, hugyeja it's already late, you can meet her tomorrow" Minkyu said rushing after her.
"Hugyeja, Lady Inhae is here to see you" a voice shouted from outside the door halting Ji-woo in her tracks.
Lady Inhae? Ruler of fire? Why was she here? This late at night at that.
She glanced at Minkyu with questioning him with her eyes but the look he sent her told her he was clueless about it.
She wondered what Lady Inhae was doing in her quarters hadn't she just left a meeting with them.
" Let her in" she commanded.
A beautiful red haired woman came into view, her ravishing red upturned eyes peering right into Ji-woo's eyes.
"Greetings hugyeja"
"Greetings Lady Inhae" Ji-woo responded feeling uneasy.
A strange and intimidating aura filled Ji-woo's chambers immediately Lady Inhae stepped in.
"Lady Inhae, to what do I owe this visit" Ji-woo asked immediately they took their seats.
Inhae stared at Ji-woo then turned slightly towards Minkyu's direction indicating she wanted him to leave.
Ji-woo took note and understood her message "Let us be" Ji-woo ordered.
Leaving only both of them sitting opposite each other with a small table between them.
Ji-woo dragged herself closer to the table "Is there something wrong".
Removing the veil from her head and placing it on her shoulders "No nothing's wrong hugyeja" Inhae answered.
"Hugyeja I hope you know that I support you greatly and I wish for your great rule over Sai" Inhae paused and looked at Ji-woo intensely.
"But do you know that to become a great ruler, you need as much support as you can gather"
"Nows not the time to play sister, your major priority is how to successfully become the supreme ruler, you need to be cautious and always on your guard. This not the time to play" She said emphasizing on the last part.
Her words were soft and gentle, she never raised her voice but why did it seem like her words were piercing Ji-woo everytime she spoke.
Ji-woo understood what Lady Inhae was trying to say but to hear someone else sound it to her made sadness and anger engulf her.
She felt disappointed, she had been devoting herself but it seemed as if her best was not acknowledged. She dropped her head and sighed loudly.
Lady Inhae lifted up Ji-woo's head with her palms and ran her hands through her hair "I just want what is best for you, surely you cannot become a strong supreme ruler by doing only what you are doing now except you want to become a puppet ruler"
"You need to gain more footholds,let go of sentiments and focus only on what matters right now, if you let me be your mentor, I can help you achieve your dreams".
Ji-woo was not sure how to respond if the feared Lady Inhae had come over to her chambers to tell her all this, it must be really serious.
"I'll let you think about it, I will be awaiting your answer" Lady inhae concluded.
After hesitating for a moment,she stood up to take her leave.
"So what should I do first"
