Our main character, 18-year-old Li Shen, grew up in a small village on the outskirts of the Realm of the Celestial Dragons.
His parents were cultivators, but they died when Li Shen was just a child, leaving him to fend for himself.
Despite his difficult circumstances, Li Shen was determined to follow in his parent's footsteps and become a powerful cultivator. He spent his days training and cultivating, determined to one day become strong enough to protect those he cared about.
Now, as he approaches adulthood, Li Shen has finally reached the threshold of the Foundation Building stage and is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual enlightenment within the Realm of the Celestial Dragons.

It was very early in the morning when Li Shen decided to take a break and go for a walk. The village was quiet, with only a few other cultivators out and about. Li Shen needed to clear his head and get some fresh air before starting his cultivation for the day.
As he wandered through the village, he couldn't help but admire the autumn scenery. The leaves were turning orange and gold, and a cool breeze blew through the air. He felt his spirits lifting as he walked, and he couldn't wait to get back to his cultivation.
As he neared the village landmark - a beautiful stone fountain at the center of town - he noticed something glinting in the grass. Curiosity piqued, he bent down to take a closer look and saw a small, smooth white rock with intricate designs of bronze etched into its surface.
Li Shen was immediately intrigued by the rock. He had never seen anything like it before. He picked it up and examined it more closely, feeling a strange sense of familiarity wash over him. He didn't know what it was, but he had a strong desire to keep it with him. So, with a shrug, he pocketed the rock and continued on his walk, feeling a renewed sense of energy and purpose.
He felt refreshed and invigorated, though he didn't attribute the change in his demeanor to the rock. He couldn't explain it, but he found himself greeting people he passed by, something he rarely did. He didn't feel any discomfort or unease as he walked.
He felt completely at ease as if everything was falling into place. He didn't know what the future held, but he was excited to see what was in store for him. With a contented sigh, he turned back towards home, ready to begin his day of cultivation.
Li Shen settled down to begin his cultivation for the day. As he closed his eyes and focused on his spiritual energy, he noticed something strange. His cultivation seemed to be progressing faster than usual, almost as if it had been accelerated by some unseen force.
At first, Li Shen thought it was just his imagination. But as the day went on, he couldn't deny that something was different. He was making faster progress than he ever had before, and he felt more energized and focused than he had in months.
Excited by this unexpected development, Li Shen decided to spend the entire day cultivating, not leaving the house or taking a break. He was so absorbed in his practice that he barely noticed the hours slipping by. When he finally emerged from his cultivation trance, he was surprised to see that it was already late at night.
With a contented sigh, Li Shen stood up and stretched, feeling more energized and spiritually awakened than he ever had before. He couldn't help but wonder what had caused such a sudden change in his cultivation speed. Could it have been the rock?
He couldn't help but feel a strange sense of curiosity about the rock. He took it out of his pocket and examined it more closely, wondering if there was more to it than met the eye.
As he held the rock in his hand, he couldn't resist the urge to try sending some qi into it. To his surprise, the rock began to shine with a bright, ethereal light. He was so mesmerized by the sight that he didn't even notice when the rock suddenly flew out of his hand and embedded itself in his forehead.
The next thing he knew, he was lying on the ground in agony. The pain was excruciating, like nothing he had ever experienced before. He couldn't even scream, he could only lay there and endure it.
When he finally came to, he was disoriented and confused. He looked around the room and saw that two days had passed since he had begun his cultivation. He felt stronger than ever, but he couldn't understand why.
As he checked his body, he felt something strange in his dantian - a small, glowing ball. He realized with a start that he had reached the Core Formation stage of cultivation and that the rock had somehow become his core.
His meridians had taken on a bronze hue, and he could feel a new level of power and control over his qi. He was stunned by the sudden transformation but also excited to see what this new power would bring.
Right then, he had decided to embark on a journey to find out the rock's secrets, and to explore the unknown.

The next day, Li Shen's chubby friend Long Dong came to visit him.
Long Dong was an energetic and boisterous young man, with a penchant for the perverted. He was known around the village for his lecherous ways and his roving eye, and his appearance often reflected this - he was usually unkempt and disheveled, with a lecherous grin plastered on his face.
When he arrived at Li Shen's house, he was no different. He was panting and out of breath, his hair disheveled and his clothes rumpled. He had a mischievous glint in his eye, and Li Shen couldn't help but sigh at the sight of him.
"Hey Li Shen, you won't believe what I saw today!" Long Dong exclaimed, practically bouncing with excitement.
"There are these two beauties from the Crimson Water Sect who are visiting the village. You have to come with me to see them!"
Li Shen chuckled and shook his head. "Thanks for the offer, Long Dong, but I'm not really interested," he said.
Long Dong's face fell. "What? Why not? They're here to recruit disciples, and their criteria is only the 5th Qi Refinement! With your strength at the 9th Qi Refinement, you are sure to be selected!"
Li Shen smiled patiently, not wanting to reveal to Long Dong that he had already reached a cultivation level much higher than the Foundation Establishment stage.
"I'm sure they are, but I'm not interested in cultivating with the Crimson Water Sect. I have other plans."
Long Dong's eyes widened in shock. "What? No way! You can't be serious about passing up an opportunity like this!"
Li Shen chuckled and shook his head. "I'm serious, Long Dong. I'm leaving the village tomorrow to explore the world on my own."
Long Dong's eyes widened in shock. "What? No way! You can't be serious!"
Li Shen nodded, a determined look on his face. "I am serious. I've been thinking about this for a while, and I feel like it's time for me to spread my wings and see what the world has to offer. I hope you understand."
Long Dong sighed and shook his head. "Well, if that's what you really want, I can't stop you. Just be careful out there, okay?"
Li Shen smiled and nodded. "I will. Thanks for your concern, Long Dong."
Long Dong chuckled "In the meantime, I'll have to find someone else to share my adventures with."
The two of them talked a bit more about Long Dong's plans for the future, including his desire to try his luck with the two beauties from the Crimson Water Sect. Li Shen couldn't help but be amused by his friend's lecherous ways, and he promised to come by the sect's booth by the fountain the next day to see how Long Dong's progress was going.
After their conversation, Li Shen spent the rest of the day cultivating. He was determined to stabilize his new cultivation level and make the most of his new power. He focused all his energy on his cultivation, and by the end of the day, he was pleased to find that he had successfully stabilized his new cultivation.
