Isabelle tightly holds the cake she's holding when she sees her husband sweating with another woman in their room. That woman is her own friend named Keyra. Tears almost escape from her beautiful eyes, but she manages to hold them back. She shakes her head in disbelief at what she sees, her husband and her friend fooling around behind her back.
