Chapter 1: The Beginning

"Now is not the time Kyle!" Aiden said. To the man next to him Kyle was a blonde kid with short ruffled hair. His face was bright red and was just burning with anger. " Now is the perfect time Aiden. The bastard Luka has done enough trouble. First he took your girl. Then he messed up our counter strike plan. Now we're trapped deep in enemy territory. Getting shot at. If I didn't have enough self control I'd shoot him in the head for allowing them to kill off Lightning, and Brock. The stupid engineer lead us into a trap that'll get us killed." Aiden hushed his brother and they kept crawling behind a movable wall. That they pulled with them to the testing room. It was their last resort to stay safe. They had two more but those were on Brock. Aiden felt the same anger Kyle had. If Luka had not just ran through a doorway with no regards to safety.

The three men managed to get into the test room they had planned on sneaking into. The door closed and Kyle locked it. Then took out his fast wield tool. Melting the doors seal. Aiden grabbed Lukas ballistic vest. " I told you that you needed to get rid of those damn blue highlights. Had you not lost your hat I wouldn't care but you did. And I lost my brothers to save your worthless sorry excuse of a human. You better hope this device works. Aiden looked around the small cube prodding it. He connected it to his wrist computer and scanned it. ''This is it. It will work. But I just have something to say." There was no sound of the shot Luka dropped to the floor." Boss, look out!"

Luka was dead. Which isn't a big issue but he still held the cube. "Thanks brother." Aiden said to Kyle after he realized that it wasn't Kyle who shot Luka. But Kyle did shove him out of a bullets path. Before Aiden could recover Kyle shot back and pushed the mobile wall towards Luka's body. Grabbing the cube Kyle was about to leave but grabbed Luka as well. Aiden felt proud of his brother. Even though he hated Luka he was trying to bring back the body. The valiant effort was denied by a massive energy shot that blew right through the shield. Missing Kyle but that made it so his retreat couldn't be slowed down by Lukas body.

Aiden had seen where the shot came from and threw a frag. The two backed the holed wall back towards the exit. At the ten foot point the sealed door blasted open sending shrapnel everywhere. Kyle looked at Aiden, handed him the cube and shoved both of them to the exit door. He took a few seconds to set up his portable sentry gun with A.I. firing and a door mine. The two soldiers ran as fast as their legs could take them. Heading towards an escape pod. The thing wouldn't be smart, just one that'll eject a couple hundred feet to an untraceable location.

Half way down Aiden felt exhausted after such a long time of being in the war. He just wanted to finish this war. At the same moment as that thought the door mine went off. The enemy relentlessly charged. They got to the pod when Kyle took a shot to the chest. On the ground bleeding out Aiden tried putting him on the pod. Kyle's hand grabbed Aidens." boss I'm scared I dont think I'll be able to go home. I am gonna die. Go I'll hold off as long as I can." Kyle said with a gurgle and tears." No Kyle, I'm taking you home." Smiling Kyle said still with the fear of death on his mind," tell Em that I love her. I wish I could." Aiden closed his brother's eyes. With tears running down his face he lifted Kyle's body into the pod. This isn't gonna end here for him. Aiden cried out loud and yelled. With that sad fury coursing through his veins he set up all his extra stuff. Two mini sentries, a door charge he left on the wall connected to a pressure plate. Blasting four of his magazines down the hall taking out many enemies before they could see the sentrys. Wanting to stay to kill everyone Aiden knew he needed to launch. Getting in the pod he set it to launch to their escape path.

The pod hit the ground hard tumbling Aiden around. The pod was only for one person so Aiden strapped his fallen brother one he could recover to ten chairs. Turning towards the massive complex he had launched from he sees a whole in the wall and a few pods in the air. His last trick was ready. He detonated his C4 charges. Blowing up almost all the pods that had launched. It wouldn't make up for his fallen brethren but it was gonna have to be enough. A large armored truck pulls up. The first person was the only one Aiden did not want to meet first. Emma ran up to them asking for Agent Silver. Aiden told her that Kyle Silver was in the pod but wasn't alive. This war had become personal!
