Chapter 13: Chapter Thirteen

Its was now 8:30 pm and I was just now closing up for the night. To say I was exhausted was an under statement. Grabbing my bag and jacket I head to the front doors punching in the security alarm system. Leaving out the doors. the chilly fall breeze hit my face as I walked towards my car. getting in quickly I start the car up ready to head home. looking at my phone I had no calls from mike, assuming he must be busy I decided not to focus on it as I drove home.

Making my way inside my apartment I throw my keys and bag on the little table by the entrance doorway, going into my room to take these scrubs off. slipping on my pajamas I quickly go into my kitchen to pour myself a glass of wine and make myself a sandwich. grabbing my wine and small turkey and cheese sandwich I head to my living room area, turning on the flat screen to watch a movie.
