Jordy's eyes instantly froze.

He glanced at Gloria with cold eyes.

Gloria looked quite calm, and it didn't seem that she was going to get back at Jordy.

Karen looked at Jordy with a surprised look, "What's the surprise?"

Jordy curled his lip, "Sorry, I can't tell you."

"Then you should at least show your surprise to Gloria and then I can have a look at it."

A sarcastic look flashed across Gloria's eyes. She knew Jordy was just lying, but she wanted the surprise. Since he said he had prepared it, then he should present it to her.

Only when he was unhappy could she be happy.

Jordy did not speak but continued to eat.

Gloria smiled, "Maybe he didn't prepare it. It was just a show for the outsiders, and he was doing that for my fame."

Karen looked at Jordy with a frown, "I told you that one should act on what he says, didn't I? You have forgotten what I told you when you were a child?"
