Chapter 60: Fifty Eight

  Inside the house, Alex walked over to Leo who kept looking out the window a slight frown on his face.

"Alpha," Alex greeted getting his attention and noticing the frown. "Is that…?"

  "Kate called them," Leo retorted with a shake of his head.

Alex was quietly glancing across the room at Cacy who sensing his gaze lifted her head, and met his eyes, a smile coming to her face although it changed to confusion. Then Alex started to smile.

"I think we should go out and see her off," Alex suggested slowly with a glint in his eyes. "It is only respectful to see a former Alpha Female off."

  Leo started to laugh catching Alex's meaning. "As Alpha, I should see her off properly."

Alex glanced over at Cacy again who had returned to her conversation with Tasha and Ember although he could sense her bewilderment at his earlier reaction.
