Chapter 357: Too smart

The next morning An Xiulan woke up quite late. If she didn't have to go to the office, she would have stayed in her bedroom and not come out at all. 

When she came downstairs for breakfast, she heard laughter coming from the dining area. Were Gu Shangyan and Lu Xuan back for breakfast? What could she say? Her brothers were lazy people. They would rather drive here to get meals than go out to eat. Not that she blamed them as she would have done the same thing if she had moved out. 

When An Xiulan entered the dining area, she paused in her footsteps as her gaze fell on a particular area. It was at the same time her mother turned to look at her and said, "Lanlan, come inside. Zixin has been waiting for you here for so long. You told him to drop you at the office but you woke up late. I would have come to wake you up but he said he can wait. His office is far from your office yet he is willing to drop you at your office. Be nice to him."
